Quality Assurance Coordinator

Full Time Application Closes 13 Sep 2024 Hawkes Bay - Hastings Compliance Officer The RoleThe Quality Team ensure our fantastic miniature apples get to our customers round the world in top condition.
In this role you will: Enable the end-to-end quality framework across the organisation providing quality products that meet customers agreed specifications.
Provide cover for the Packhouse Quality Lead when required Develop the quality culture within the packhouse/coolstore environment.
Be actively involved in packhouse and packaging compliance activities.
Raise and support quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.
You will need to work flexibly across the Coolstore and Packhouse production hours.
Coolstore runs from 5.30am – 9.30pm Monday-Saturday during Harvest which is early February – April.
The packing season runs from mid-February until late October / Early November 2023.
Dayshift hours are Monday to Saturday 6.00 am – 4.00 pm.
Nightshift Hours are Sunday to Friday 4.30 pm – 2.30 am.You must be legally able to work in New Zealand and be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
