Assist with ensuring effective cleaning and maintenance of equipment and buildings and ensure adequate security and personal hygiene measures are in place and adhered to.Implementing, managing and maintaining all Quality and Food Safety SystemsAnalysing Quality data to provide ongoing valuable feedback to enable continual improvements in qualityDeveloping and maintaining standards / specification in relation to packaging materials, product, and customer specificationsAssisting with investigations of quality concerns, customer complaints and non-compliance to specifications and provide reports as directedManaging the services and calibrations as per manufactures guidelines and the Quality planAchieving and maintaining HACCP and BRC accreditation for the siteMonitoring legal compliance checks and analyses for all productsThis role is suitable for someone with food industry experience, with an understanding of dairy supply and processing and internal audit experience . Data management and analysis skills, procedure writing skills, and the ablity to influence and motivate others to achieve change, able to analyze and interpret technical data and have strong document control management skills are essential.
