The Opportunity Based in Invercargill, but covering the regions of Southland and Central Otago the Quality Assurance Coordinator role is key in supporting our high growth by implementing CrestCleans quality assurance programme. Joining a cohort of 12 Quality Assurance Coordinators nationwide, you'll report to the GM of Franchise Services, providing support to a network of 50 franchise operators and engaging with more than 450 commercial cleaning clients in the Southland/Central Otago area. Objectives: Enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Facilitate and inspire franchisees to consistently deliver high-quality service. Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees and other CrestClean team members. Champion a culture prioritizing health, safety, and well-being Uphold and nurture CrestClean's identity as a franchise-focused organization. Maintain professionalism and business acumen at all times.. Key Areas of Responsibility: Conduct customer quality audits. Monitor health and safety practices. Oversee operational compliance. Facilitate customer contract inductions. Skills and Attributes Required: Possess or develop proficient technical cleaning skills and operational knowledge.
