Mo te tunga | About the roleThis is a rewarding role, joining EECA's Warmer Kiwi Homes team, which delivers a government programme providing insulation and heating grants to lower income homeowners.
In this role you will:
Provide day-to-day relationship management of EECA's external auditors, to ensure quality audits of installations are undertaken in a timely mannerIdentify and implement quality assurance process improvementsMonitor Service Provider audit responses, to ensure timely resolution of corrective actionsIdentify and investigate quality compliance issues, recommend and provide information for follow-up actionsProvide reporting on compliance monitoring and investigationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong attention to detailA working knowledge of quality assurance processesSolid understanding of residential construction methods and terminologyExcellent interpersonal skillsIn addition, this role may suit someone who has worked in the insulation industry.
