As a Quality Assurance Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring health and safety compliance for Lifelines staff and contractors. If you're passionate about safety and thrive on driving quality outcomes, we want to hear from you!This is a fixed-term position with a 12-month duration.You'll recognise the importance of the role as a Treaty partner and understand how that underpins Gisborne District Council's work.ResponsibilitiesTake charge of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) across both governance and operational levels, ensuring a robust and proactive approach in the recovery programme.Provide strategic HSEQA leadership for council and contractor-managed assets, covering critical recovery efforts such as roads, bridges, flood control systems, and water services.
