Qualified Water Technician

Right now, we need an innovative and driven Water Technician to join our team and take responsibility for providing support to operate and maintain water supplies, water treatment plant, and wastewater services in the district.
Our client is wanting someone to join their team long-term. They are based in Porirua and are providing the opportunity to go permanent for someone who can prove their expertise within the water industry.

$35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)

What we need from you:
Level 4 certificate in Infrastructure Works (Connexis - Level 4 in Pipeline Construction and Maintenance with Strands in Drinking Water)
Full Class 1 drivers licence minimum
Civil drainage experience is a bonus
Strong safety and quality focus
Must be reliable and able to work independently
