Due to one of our amazing teachers moving into a leadership position, we are looking for a qualified teacher to join us in our 'Keas' room with our 2.5 to 3.5 year olds. Our Keas are based in our incredible historical building with an amazing outdoor environment and gorgeous sea views. With a maximum of 27 children, our five teachers work within a 1:5 ratio. Bear Park are widely known as a place where teachers and students can embrace individual learning opportunities, show their creativity and be guaranteed regular support from our Centre Directors and greatly experienced pedagogical team. We aim to encourage within our children a sense of respect for ourselves, others, and our environment. We believe strongly in the role the environment plays as the third teacher and so incorporate it actively into our resources and learning experiences in line with the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
