The ideal candidate will be fully certified, collaborate with the team to implement our local curriculum, actively contribute to planning, and confidently communicate children's learning and development.Strong relationship-building skills are essential, focusing on genuine partnerships with whanau to set goals aligned with family aspirations and children's needs.
An understanding of culturally responsive practice, grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the ability to create an engaging, child-led environment is crucial.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
