Full Time Application Closes 13 Nov 2024 Northland - Far North Preschool Teacher About the Role: We are seeking a Qualified Teacher to join BestStart Kaikohe in our bustling preschool room (ages 3.5-5 years).
Our center, the largest in Kaikohe, is licensed for 62 children.
You'll collaborate with the Over 2's teaching team, sharing an outdoor space with the toddlers.
You will have experience completing documentation such as internal evaluations, learning stories, and individual learning plans, all managed through StoryPark.
We are looking for someone who will contribute to our vision of nurturing Kaikohe's future leaders, flexibility to work across rooms when needed is essential.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

We are looking for the following: · B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification · Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning · Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard· A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices · Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality Why choose us?
