We are looking for a qualified and registered teacher to join us from January 2025, working with children in our 4-year-old classroom at Little Pohutukawa Preschool.
With a maximum of 35 children supported by 4 teachers, we provide a supportive, engaging, and fun environment for children and teachers.
We are looking for a kaiako who:
Pride themselves on their learning-focused relationships, facilitating a warm and inviting environment for children & whanau.
Has a commitment to excellence and providing a programme that is rich, engaging, and reflective of the unique interests and strengths of the children at Little Pohutukawa Preschool.
Has a passion for working with diverse learners.
Has experience with programme planning and assessment.
Has strong communication skills and is a team player.
Has a competent understanding of Te Whariki and local curriculum.
