Duties of the Role:
Communicating with clients to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed.
Lead a group of carpenters in the fulfilment of a job or task.
Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Secure all necessary materials and tools, ensuring that the team meets production objectives.
Liaise between workers and supervisors to develop and apply procedures, standards, and disciplinary actions.
