Qualified Butchers – Pak'NSave Highland Park We're excited to announce that Pak'nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025! With a brand-new store and impressive offerings across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery, and liquor, we can't wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community! We're currently seeking Qualified Butchers to join the team. You'll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community. Role to commence: February 2025 Must be available to work at the weekend. The Role: Breaking, boning, slicing, and cutting all carcasses and meat in preparation for sale. Assisting in the daily operations and general needs of the Butchery Department. Ensuring only quality product is presented for sale. Assist with production planning and prioritizing of work to ensure we meet the demands of our Butchery Department. Happy to help and advise customers with any queries they may have, ensuring excellent customer service standards are delivered at all times. Understanding and complying with all compliance requirements in regards to Health & Safety and Food Safety. Working effectively in a team, ensuring working areas are well organized and managed. What we're looking for: Knowledge and passion about the butchery trade and the production of quality meat products. Relevant butchery qualification or equivalent experience.
