About the role This position is responsible for all aspects of Floor operations. The emphasis is on guest satisfaction, striving towards better standards of service, implementing and training sequence of service, improved systems and procedures and building and retaining a world class Floor team
Key Responsibilities :
To maintain a high level of service to all guests at all times To run the services and uphold standards when the Venue Manager is absent. To support and work closely with the Venue Manager, on rosters, wage costs, and training Special events are planned well in advance and delivered efficiently. Skills & experience Proven restaurant/Floor supervisor experience A passion for hospitality and a drive to learn more Hands on 'can do' attitude High level of communication and leadership skills A Duty Manager Certificate not required but would be a bonus Understanding of sequence of service, rosters, POS software, and staff training.
