Jack Link's is seeking an experienced QA Officer to support our Compliance Team. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to support our Compliance Team during such a unique growth period for the business.Duties & Responsibilities:Closely work with Quality, Operational Crew leaders and R&D team members to identify how quality systems can be used to add value and reduce waste.Review and improve processes to enable best utilization of quality systems.Support Compliance and R&D Teams to provide reports that will add value.Assist with additional requests to support verification and or validations of new products or processes.Assist with the development of trending reports.Accurate and timely reporting to Quality Manager: Laboratory verification reports and scheduled audits.Provide analytical/technical support to restore control when a non-conformance is reported and assist the Compliance Team with root cause analysis work.Support Preoperative hygiene auditor duties on Saturday and as relief cover.Act as Sanitation Auditor as required.Ability to multi-task.Exemplary time management.Facilitation/presenting training courses.Able to identify and solve problems.Good written and oral communication skills.Ability to partner with many groups across the sites.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Strong interest in all aspects of production process.Knowledge & Experience:2-3 years experience.Tertiary qualification in relevant field.Experience in a similar role with some knowledge of microbiological and basic analytical lab skills.Good knowledge of government legislative requirements and international standards (Desirable)Good technical knowledge of the Food Industry (particularly meat).Hours of Work:Monday-Friday 12.00pm-8.30pmIn return, we offer the following benefits:Free On-site CarparkingImpactful role within a dynamic and passionate team.Staff discounts on our Meat Snack Products!What's Next?If you are interested in this role, click "APPLY NOW".
