Te Haeata/The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join us as a PX Advisor in the AskHR Team.
You will be responsible for providing professional proactive Human Resources advice, support, and services to Ministry managers to help them achieve agreed outputs and strategic goals.
These advisory, support and related services include: * Working in partnership with managers to provide timely solutions, proactive and responsive to assist them to develop and maintain effective employee relationships and business solutions.
* Providing managers with the means to develop in employees the capabilities and experience necessary to contribute to the achievement of the business goals and where appropriate, their personal development/growth objectives within the Ministry or the public sector.
* Participate in the development of Human Resources policies and procedural guidelines with a strong focus on implementation of these in partnership with Ministry managers.
* Co-ordination of, and contribution to ad hoc projects.
O pukenga/Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: * Demonstrated experience in providing sound and accurate HR advice based on policy and best practice.
* Proven experience in communicating effectively, coaching, mentoring, and training managers to support the capability lift of people leaders.
* Demonstrated your ability to show composure and a sense of perspective when working under pressure to help others maintain optimism and focus.
* Drive, ambition, and an optimistic delivery focus to make things happen and achieve ambitious outcomes.

Utu a-tau/Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $72,634 and $93,591 based on skills and experience.
