7+ years' experience in a sales or marketing environment which includes considerable experience in bids and pursuits across all aspects (strategy to bid writing and management) A strong personal presence and the ability to influence without authority and build credibility with new teams quickly The ability to write interesting, persuasive, clear and accurate content that is laser focused on the client High degree of business acumen and ability to quickly grasp new concepts, and understand new services Excellent facilitation and coaching skills Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
