YOUR TASKS Managing a team of three employees in the Purchasing area. Negotiation of supplier contracts and SLA's. Driving continuous improvement in the Purchasing team. Responsibility for specifying and implementing system-based change requests, especially executing requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training, application documentation. Working on purchasing-related projects throughout the business. Maintaining stock levels aligned to company and corporate requirements through on time, right quality and deliveries in full. Acting as the central contact person for material planning processes and logistical supplier management at the plant which would include supplier performance reviews.
