Our vision of Better Ways to Connect People to Power guides us in all we do, and we have an embedded set of strong company values that our people live every day.Responsibilities:Addressing day-to-day quality and stock-related issues effectively.Guiding and managing the Purchasing team by providing training, support, and performance evaluations.Collaborating on developing procurement strategies that encourage strong supplier relationships, enabling us to source high-quality parts that are cost-efficient.Ensuring the business has materials and equipment requirements met within correct inventory and timing parameters.Working closely with departments such as Operations, Finance, and Quality assurance to align procurement activities with overall business needs.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience in Purchasing.Proven leadership skills.Experience in managing supplier relationships preferred.Qualifications in Supply chain or People Management highly regarded.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Great communication & people skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Ability to provide ideas that promote continuous improvement within the department.Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.Attention to detail, process-driven, and quality-focused.What's in it for you?ETEL is a company with an excellent family-focused culture that lives by a set of established internal values that support how we treat our people.
