We are seeking an enthusiastic Leader to join our Procurement Team and be responsible for:
Addressing day-to-day quality and stock-related issues effectively.Guiding and managing the Purchasing team by providing training, support, and performance evaluations.Collaborating on developing procurement strategies that encourage strong supplier relationships, enabling us to source high-quality parts that are cost efficient.Ensuring the business has materials and equipment requirements met within correct inventory and timing parameters.Working closely with departments such as Operations, Finance, and Quality assurance to align procurement activities with overall business needs.
What you'll have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Purchasing.Proven leaderships skills.Experience in managing supplier relationships preferred.Qualifications in Supply chain and/or People Management highly regarded.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Great communication & people skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Ability to provide ideas that promotes continuous improvement within the department.Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.Attention to detail, process driven and quality focused.
