We specialise in world-leading, real time Environmental Monitoring. We are on the hunt for a Procurement & Inventory Specialist to join our team for a 10-12 month fixed term to cover Parental Leave.This is an exciting and varied role that involves inventory planning, purchasing and shipping equipment from multiple suppliers, liaising with our logistics partner, managing the inventory held in our warehouse, and assisting with the creation of monthly client invoices for equipment and services.Day to day you will:Planning/forecasting inventory requirements to meet expected sales demandManaging procurement and delivery of equipment from multiple suppliersManaging the Zoho inventory including components, products, and pricingProcessing inwards/outward inventory movements in the Inventory systemEntering client sales orders and preparing inventory for project delivery teamProcessing, picking inventory orders, assisting with packing and dispatchingManaging twice-yearly stock takes coordinating other team membersAssisting with monthly client invoicing and ad hoc inventory queriesWhat experience you'll bring:You will be someone who has at least three years of experience working in inventory management and has predominantly administrative and also some hands-on inventory experience. Previous experience in procurement would be beneficial but is not essential for the role.You will have an eye for detail, be highly numerate and have a proven ability to accurately record information.
