Purchasing Coordinator- Procurement

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for performing the day to day buying requirements of the business to optimised stock holdings whilst ensuring availability of materials for the manufacturing teams and accurate information within EPICOR. You will be a key member of the Purchasing team, working in a busy environment where you are accountable for purchasing to business needs and requirements, ensuring material availability and stock levels match to production needs. You will monitor delivery, operational performance of suppliers through to delivery, ensure quality and service parameters are met, and resolve issues related to quality and delivery. You will be highly organised, able to handle competing priorities, and meticulous about getting things right. The ideal candidate will have: •Minimum of 2-3 year Purchasing/Inventory experience •Working knowledge of our EPICOR system •Strong Excel skills (At least to intermediate) •Excellent attention to detail •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Initiative and ability to work self-directed as well as in a team environment Interested in this opportunity?
