Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)About the role:This role will see you responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring timely procurement of goods and meeting operational requirements. You will develop and implement purchasing strategies to improve and optimise supply chain efficiencies, reduce costs and improve supplier performance. You will be the sole Supply Chain Manager for the business, with one person reporting to you and providing administrative support.This business is known for their collaborative working environment; you will be constantly working with the internal team to ensure stock levels and inventory management is running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have exposure to high-level decision-making as well as being responsible for overseeing all supply-side outcomes.
