We have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced purchasing team as a Purchasing and Stores Administrator. This role is permanent, full time hours, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for candidates with strong administration skills, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for maintaining our weighbridge system and database including all dockets and entry cards
Supporting contractor on-site safety inductions
Reconciliation of delivery documents, log chip and resin delivery dockets
Contractor management, including regular auditing of contracting companies' policies and procedures
Creating purchase orders
Stores support and cover
Administrating regulatory requirements relating to our purchasing procedures
Key Skills: A high degree of computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to multi-task
Adaptable and resilient
Experience with SAP is preferred, however training is available
Strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to connect well at all levels
Can self-manage time and responsibilities
