We are seeking a dynamic Purchasing and Data Lead to lead our team of purchasing coordinators and data analysts. This role will provide leadership and guidance to the team and will be responsible for ensuring the purchasing master data is accurate, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring efficient onboarding of new suppliers.This role will combine strategic sourcing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that our procurement processes are efficient and aligned with our business objectives.The main responsibilities of this role include:Provide leadership to purchasing and data teamBring commercial and strategic mindset to the teamEnsure the training and support materials are current including online contentEnsure we are operating within the Procurement and Inventory policies and proceduresProvide key management reportsManage Material and supplier onboarding, ensuring that master data is accurate and maintained.Manage the process of onboarding of Synlait suppliers into the Ariba networkProvide systems support within the Purchasing and data functionIf you are a strong operational leader with experience in purchasing and SAP then we want to hear from you!
