We are seeking a dynamicindividual to join our team as a Puna Manager at our Raroera Te Puawai Puna Reo on a permanent full-time (40 hours per week) basis based in Hamilton.As our Puna Manager, you will provide leadership, professional development,and supervision to our ELC Kaiako (Educators), Administrator and Cook.
Thisrole is instrumental in meeting management responsibilities to ensurecompliance and maintain the quality of operations and meeting the needs of allstakeholders.
Upholding strategic and operational excellence is crucial indelivering exceptional Education services to our tamariki.Some of your responsibilities will include:Oversee the day-to-day of the PunaReo, including mentoring staff, leading program planning, and conductinginternal evaluations Ensuring all compliance standards and regulationsare upheld.Monitor teaching quality, tamariki progress, manageresources, and maintain records.
Develop external relationships and foster internalrelationships.Lead meetings, manage work force and engage in teamactivities.
Manage enrolments, funding, and budgets allocationseffectively.About youThe perfect fit for this role would be someone who is a passionateleader with strong communication, strategic management skills, complianceexpertise, and a genuine dedication to fostering a thriving learningenvironment for our tamariki.
You will also bring with you:Bachelor ofTeaching (Early Childhood Education).TeachingCouncil of New Zealand Registration and current practicing certificate.
Pumau ki te reo MaoriFulldrivers' license.2-4 years'experience in a leadership positionAwareness of the ECE regulations and funding frameworkProvenability to develop and implement strategies.
Excellentoral and written communication skills.
