A leading pump supplier is looking for a Workshop Leading Hand.
You will lead the manufacturing and servicing of pumps while ensuring efficient workflow and job completion to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: Manufacture and service pumps and pump sets Oversee daily operations in a safe workshop environment Review job plans and specs before starting Manage timelines, ensuring work is completed on time Prepare accurate quotations for repair and servicing work Supervise and support a team of 2 workshop staff What You'll Bring: A relevant trade qualification with strong mechanical and engineering knowledge Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide reliable solutions for our customers Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support a small but dedicated team Computer literacy to manage workflow and order parts efficiently Passion for the job and a drive to meet customer expectations Why Join them?
