Through trusted relationships and world-leading insight, we work closely with our customers to design, build and sustain assets, infrastructure, and facilities.As an Amenities and Cleaning Team Leader, you will:Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of park facilities including toilets, BBQs, bins, and park furniture to ensure a high standard of service.Perform litter collection and upkeep of public areas to enhance the community's enjoyment.Lead and coordinate teams in designated Amenities activities.Organize and monitor amenities operations, producing work plans and assigning resources.
Adjust plans based on seasonal influences and ensure efficient deployment of work crews.Adhere to Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards by managing activities for superior safety performance during daily operations.Undertake hazard identification and document findings prior to starting work on site.Be vigilant of the public in work areas and assess the appropriateness of activities to maintain public safety.Liaise with clients and the public to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.Minimum Requirements:Significant industry experience in amenities management (5+ years preferred).Full Class 1 Driver's License (Class 2 preferred).Proven experience in leading and managing teams.Strong planning, client liaison, and communication skills.Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional.Me pehea ki te tono | How to applyIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply now with your resume and a cover letter outlining why you think you'd be perfect for this role.
