Working with the Public Diplomacy Manager, this position supports the AHC's media and social media activity, assists in the delivery of public events and provides administration support.Manage the AHC's official Facebook, Instagram and X accounts by developing creative content, monitoring activity and co-ordinating social media campaigns, including reporting KPIs and progress.Monitor and maintain the AHC's website by ensuring content is relevant, engaging and up to date.Monitor New Zealand media including preparing a daily round up and managing print and digital subscriptions where required.Assist with media arrangements for ministerial and high-level visits and events.Co-ordinate AHC events with the Public Diplomacy Manager, including liaising with sponsors and service providers, creation and management of guest lists, development of theming and managing event logistics.Support the AHC's cultural diplomacy program, including liaising with stakeholders, organisers and artists.Provide administrative support, including maintenance of the contacts database, financial administration for public diplomacy funds and conduct research tasks as directed.Provide support to the Public Diplomacy Manager and other areas of the AHC.Undertake other tasks as directed.Apply now!If this sounds like you, send us a 1-page cover letter highlighting why you would be the BEST person for the role alongside your resume.
