The preferred applicant will be innovative, have previous mental health experience, work comfortably with multiple clinical presentations, and be willing to learn and be involved in developing a service that benefits the client, their family, and the staff working with them. An interest and experience in neurodevelopmental assessments, group work, family therapy, trauma skills, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and Schema Therapy will be highly valued. Ongoing training and extension of skills will be supported. You will be a team player, self-motivated, and work well creating a collaborative space in a demanding service. Excellent clinical and case management skills or a willingness to learn these and risk management skills are essential.
