Mo te tunga | About the role Embark on a fulfilling journey with the Hastings Psychologist Office, a vibrant centre near Hawkes Bay Regional Prison dedicated to realising Ara Poutama Aotearoa's Hokai Rangi vision. As we expand our team, envision yourself contributing to our mission. We provide psychological services to 800 individuals in the prison, including specialised support for Drug Treatment units. Join us in conducting one-to-one assessments and treatments, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will play a vital role in managing high-risk offenders. Frontline Psychologists also have the ability to work towards additional allowances and allocated professional development funding. We may also offer flexible and/or part-time options for working hours. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role. International Relocation Package Ara Poutama has relocation packages available for candidates relocating from overseas. For international applicants, please confirm your eligibility to register as a psychologist in New Zealand.
