Amplifon is the one and only global company in the NZ hearing sector focused purely on hearing care services and operating under the Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing brands.Bay Audiology operates over 100 clinics from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island, and right now we are looking for qualified Audiologists to join us!We currently have an opportunity for a Provisional Audiologist working for our Bay Audiology Pukekohe clinic, while supporting other clinics in the area. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Fridays, with a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.Key responsibilities include:Providing ongoing support and maintenance of client hearing aidsEmploying diagnostic tests as requiredHearing aid fittings and follow-upsEnsuring compliance with Bay Audiology's customer service standards, protocol, and meeting company expectationsExplaining all relevant information to ensure clients have sufficient understanding of necessary detailsBuilding and developing strong relationships with all customers, team members, clinicians, GPs, specialists, and the general publicAssisting the Clinic Manager with prompt delivery of weekly reports identifying key opportunities and challenges for the clinicEnsuring referrals are followed up in a timely mannerParticipating and contributing to team meetings, programmes, and other activities as requiredTo be successful in your application, you will have:Strong clinical standards following protocols and policiesExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsStrong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for our customersGood judgement and decision-making abilityAccess to discounted health insuranceWe are an Immigration NZ Accredited EmployerWhile you're employed at Amplifon NZ, receive free top-of-the-range hearing aids (and a discount for family!)Subsidized flu shotDevelopmental support and opportunities to expand your career in various areas such as a trainer, manager, or leaderIf you care deeply about helping your clients reach the best outcome for them, practice strong clinical standards every day, and work as one team with fellow clinic members, we would love to hear from you!Interested in exploring options that Amplifon New Zealand could hold for you?
