You'll transform insights into impactful strategies and deliver solutions that solve real-world problems.What you'll bringThe ability to conduct market research and analyse data to identify customer needs, market trends, and gaps.Demonstrated understanding and implementation of Product/Proposition GTM frameworks and concepts.Understanding the target customer and their needs is crucial for developing successful product propositions. A seasoned Propositions Manager should be skilled in customer segmentation, profiling, and personas development, and have a deep understanding of customer motivations and behaviours.Proven experience in developing and launching successful customer-led propositions.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful market propositions throughout their lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and analysing customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to develop innovative and profitable propositions that meet the needs of the target market.Leading and being responsible for the performance, growth, proposition development, and financial sustainability of the proposition portfolio, tightly aligning with peers to execute Datacom's product strategy and roadmaps.Conducting market research and analysing customer feedback to identify product opportunities, customer needs, and market gaps.Developing value propositions, product features, and benefits that differentiate the product in the market.Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and product development to ensure timely and successful proposition launches.Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and product positioning to drive sales and market share.Monitoring and reporting on proposition performance, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share, and making recommendations for improvements.Creating collateral, GTM briefs, tender responses, operation briefs, and technology requirements with the wider business teams.Culture and BenefitsDatacom is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
