We are looking for an experienced Property Technology Coordinator to work alongside our existing property staff at our prestigious school in Epsom.Job DescriptionYour key areas of responsibility are Property Management and maintenance upgrades and projects. You will be providing Technological support to the Property team, by administering and coordinating all maintenance processes, scheduling, and communication. You are the go-to for all Property Technology Team Coordination.We are looking for someone who has experience with events support, communications, and user support. The go-to for maintenance of technology, infrastructure, and systems.Desired Skills And ExperienceYou will have:Experience with contractor relationships and the management of an internal ticketing systemAn ability to seek efficiencies and cost savings by constantly reviewing all systems and job ordersCurrent experience with invoicing and coordination of suppliers and contractorsPreferably a degree or certification related to property or TechnologyProficiency in computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with a ticket system (such as Zendesk) would be helpful. Experience with project management software such as MS Project would be useful, but training can be provided.A demonstrated capacity to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.Most of all, we are looking for someone who loves detail, is super-organised, and likes keeping everything ship-shape. This is a great role for an experienced ISS IT Support Desk Administrator to step up to.
