This is a full service national law firm with a solid and stable reputation. The Christchurch Property team is now looking to add to their 12-strong team.

With an engaged and motivated Partner leading the squad, experienced Special Counsel and support lawyers on hand to work with, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Lawyer to advance their skills, career and be part of a cohesive team.

You will get exposure to clients and a balance of responsibility and guidance when necessary.

Areas of work will include: Acquisitions and disposals.Leasing.Land and subdivisions.Development projects.Infrastructure.Overseas investment. You will need to: Have secured a minimum of 3 years PQE (up to 6 years will be considered).Enjoy client engagement and advisory work.Be comfortable drafting a range of documents in the property sector.Thrive on a varied workload.Not afraid to learn and develop and take on matters that are new to you.Be interested in progression.
