About the Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for a Junior Property Solicitor to join the firm's leading specialised team in their Auckland CBD office, under the supervision of two highly experienced partners. The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality and commercially astute legal advice to the firm's property and construction clients. This comprehensive position includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as:
Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Handling leasing matters
Supporting development projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Assisting with land acquisition and subdivision processes
The role also extends to:
Advising on infrastructure projects
Guiding community housing providers
Assisting foreign investors with New Zealand property investments
Supporting renewable energy projects
In the construction domain, the position involves all aspects of front-end work, including:
Drafting tenders
Creating construction contracts
Developing consultancy agreements

About You:
1-3 years' PQE with general commercial property experience, including developments, leasing, and acquisitions and disposals.
An effective team player who is also self-driven.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
Strong attention to detail.
