For us, this means keeping things simple, doing more of what matters, and removing tasks and processes that don't add value.Where and when you work is flexible depending on the demands of your role, our customers' needs and your individual work preference (as agreed with your manager).Our offices are based in Seaham and Bishop Auckland and although we work flexibly, it is envisaged that this role will require both an offsite and onsite presence as per business need when required.About the RoleThe Property Repairs Support Team delivers a flagship service that is great, consistent and modern to both internal and external stakeholders.
Providing a high performing support function for customers and team members and effectively maintaining and keeping accurate records whilst bringing to life the vision and values of the organisation.Attention to detail and experience on Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is crucial for this role.
You'll be expected to support on activities including ordering items, raising purchase orders, and monitoring inboxes.
You'll also be required to maintain accurate and up to date information on control logs relating to both fleet and supply chain activities.The successful candidate will:Work closely with colleagues within our Services Team, Team Leads, Planners, and Operatives within the Property Repairs Teams to provide high quality administration and support.Ensure property repairs policies, procedures and timescales relating to administration support are followed.Be responsible for ensuring that the property repairs administrative systems are used to their full potential and that information is accurate, up to date and passed to other departments as required.Demonstrate high levels of customer experience, including dealing with customer enquiries immediately following first contact with the customer within corporate timescales and ensuring that the customer is at the heart of decision making.Update the housing management and property repairs systems including data entry, raising works orders, investigating queries, dealing with variations and completing works orders with accurate information within designated deadlines.Our people are our greatest asset which is why we value you, encourage you, look after you, and empower you.As well as a competitive salary of £25,446 – £26,717 per annum some of our top benefits and rewards include:31-33 days of annual leave pro-rataWorking the believe way allows us to be more agile in the ways we work and creates a great work-life balanceBelieve housing is committed to providing a first class pension offer with employer contributions into the local government pension scheme (LGPS), which is currently equivalent to 27.1% of your gross salaryUp to four days paid volunteering leave each year.If you believe that you demonstrate our values and can bring something special to this role, then apply now.
