Property Project Manager We're seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to join our new Property Projects team and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of our capital works projects.
These will range from new site builds through to office refurbishments.
About you To be successful in this role you will have: Extensive experience in a property/construction project management role Proven experience in managing a range of projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking ability Strong relationship management skills – ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with a variety of key stakeholders Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong interpersonal skills – ability to adapt these to suit the needs of the audience Demonstrated knowledge and ability of relevant software packages, and manipulating financial data and quantitative data This is a superb opportunity to bring your skills and experience to the next level.
