We have a permanent part-time opportunity, to start in the New Year. We're looking for someone who will ensure that all property is affordable, healthy, fit for purpose, and well maintained. You will create credibility and trust when representing Wise Group and its entities, building strong relationships and reputation.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive property briefs with Wise Group entities. Use these to source required property by type within preferred geographical locations.Establish regional supply relationships with Kainga Ora and the real estate industry.Manage the communication with entities, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that partners are connected and kept informed.Actively build trusted long-term relationships with local real estate, property management firms, property investors associations, and private landlords to establish a portfolio of affordable and suitable property options.You'll be working 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from both home and the office.

We are looking for someone who will have:
A thorough understanding of Lease agreements, Residential Tenancy agreements and Act, including Healthy Homes standardsEstablished local, regional, and national strategic relationships.Ability to develop and sustain positive relationships across a range of networks.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.Be prepared to travel across New Zealand as required.Knowledge of Treaty of Waitangi principles.Ra Katinga | Applications close: 6 January 2025.
