Property Manager - School Caretaker

Maintenance & Handyperson Services (Trades & Services) Our Property Manager has decided to retire at the end of this school year, creating a wonderful opportunity for someone to become part of our school. Highlands Intermediate is looking for a permanent full-time property manager/caretaker. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Building maintenance Responsible for the safety, security, maintenance, cleanliness, and general upkeep of school grounds Maintenance of school outdoor pool during summer months Support in numerous ad hoc jobs/tasks around the school Maintaining the school's vehicles/trailers Liaising with contractors and security There is no application pack; please send in a CV that states your skills and experiences and also includes a range of referees.
