PROPERTY MANAGER - QUINOVIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - RICCARTON OFFICEQuinovic Riccarton are looking for a new Property Manager to join the team and help manage their growing portfolio of properties. This is an exciting opportunity to join a customer and growth-focused business which prides itself on excellence in everything we do.About the RoleIn this role you will work with a supportive team ensuring all property management services are delivered in a manner that meets or exceeds the expectations of our owners and tenants and ensures a great rental experience for all parties.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with property owners and tenantsShowing prospective tenants properties available for rentVetting and reference checking prospective tenantsConduct quarterly inspections on propertiesIdentifying, organising and coordinating repairs and maintenance as requiredManaging all queries in relation to properties and processesMonitoring and acting on rent arrearsManaging all legal paperwork associated with tenanciesAttending Tenancy Tribunals as requiredAny other property management tasks as requiredTo succeed in the role you will need:To be results driven with the ability to handle high workloads under pressureA customer service driven attitude and a high level of professionalism and knowledgeExceptional time-management skills and the ability to multi-taskAn ability to resolve conflictA confident and personable nature with the ability to build and nurture professional relationshipsTo have strong written and verbal communicationTo be computer literate and proficient in MS office suiteA clean New Zealand driver's licence is requiredExperience in residential property management requiredAbout us:Quinovic Property Management has over 35 years of experience and expertise.
