Property Manager - Quinovic Property Management - Riccarton Office

PROPERTY MANAGER - QUINOVIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - RICCARTON OFFICE Quinovic Riccarton are looking for a new Property Manager to join the team and help manage their growing portfolio of properties. About the Role
In this role you will work with a supportive team ensuring all property management services are delivered in a manner that meets or exceeds the expectations of our owners and tenants and ensures a great rental experience for all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with property owners and tenants
Showing prospective tenants properties available for rent
Vetting and reference checking prospective tenants
Conduct quarterly inspections on properties
Identifying, organising and coordinating repairs and maintenance as required
Managing all queries in relation to properties and processes
Monitoring and acting on rent arrears
Managing all legal paperwork associated with tenancies
Attending Tenancy Tribunals as required
Any other property management tasks as required
To succeed in the role you will need:
To be results driven with the ability to handle high workloads under pressure
A customer service driven attitude and a high level of professionalism and knowledge
Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
An ability to resolve conflict
A confident and personable nature with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships
To have strong written and verbal communication
To be computer literate and proficient in MS office suite
A clean New Zealand driver's licence is required
Experience in residential property management required
