You will be a key part the success and goal to be a leader in NZ Real Estate.We are looking for a high calibre individual, experience in property management is preferred however it is not essential as full training is provided. You will have use of a company vehicle for business, phone, laptop and all equipment supplied. This role is supported by the Regional and General Manager along with a massive national marketing package. Proven marketing initiatives and training is in place.More specifically your role will includeThe overall responsibility and management of a portfolio of residential properties.Bringing on new business forms a big part of this role (initially)Liaising with owners in a highly efficient, effective and professional manner.Working with contractors to organize maintenance jobs on propertiesWorking in an established teamCompleting detailed inspections of properties and reporting back to owners.Responsibility of ensuring full occupancy for all properties in your portfolioLetting of vacant PropertiesTribunal and insurance workBeing highly competent and computer literate is important but not as important as being a highly effective communicator.This is a work-from-home opportunity with properties spread across Timaru. On offer is a pro-rata base salary, company car plus bonuses. The role is initially for approx. 20 hours per week.
