Property Manager Needed!

Role Overview: We are looking for a Property Manager with at least 1-2 years experience in the role who wants to learn the ropes and spread their wings, and is willing to put in the work to get the job done. You will play a pivotal role in our organisation's continued success, working alongside another Property Manager to assist with viewings, inspections, processing applications, along with some general admin tasks as well. You'll also have the support of our incredible offshore Admin team, who will assist you with various tasks.

Base salary package with opportunities for growth
Maintain excellent communication with tenants and owners through phone and email
Responsible for conducting viewings and inspections as required
Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolutions
We are a New Zealand and Australia-wide company, so there is a lot of interaction within the broader team
We are currently growing and expanding the Residential Property Management arm of the company, allowing you to be part of that growth
Plenty of opportunities within a well-established company to grow and upskill
A laptop and phone will be provided
A company car is not provided; however, mileage is paid for and reimbursed weekly
The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, you should possess:
A minimum of 1-year experience in Property Management; we want you to grow into the role and with us as an organisation
Well-versed in the Residential Tenancy Act and recent Amendment Act 2020, preferred
Level 4, NZ Certificate in Property Management preferred
Reliable transportation
An energetic and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and drive
Familiarity with Property Tree software, PropertyMe, Tapi, and Inspections Manager would be advantageous
