Our reach is predominantly around Lower Hutt, but we also have a presence in the wider Wellington region which includes Upper Hutt, Porirua and Wellington, typically our cut off point is Plimmerton.We provide the same level of service to both our landlords and our tenants which is why we are fairly well liked by all our customers.The one thing we all have in common is we are good buggers and aren't full of ourselves; those people tend not to fit in with us.The JobThis role involves managing a portfolio of properties. Our business model means our property managers don't handle all aspects of letting, such as viewings, applications, and tenancy agreements. They also don't conduct ingoing inspection reports, chattels reports, and pre-move in photos. By structuring it this way, it allows you to spend more quality time on your portfolio and nurturing your relationships with your owners and tenants.So with that in mind, the sorts of things you'll be doing are as follows but not limited to:Self-management of a portfolio of properties where you are the number one point of contact.Organizing repairs.Dealing with the public relating to property-specific inquiries.Resolving tenant/owner disputes.Attending tenancy tribunal/mediation and representing Manage My Rental or the property owner as required.Enforcing the conditions of the tenancy agreement.Implementing rent reviews and lease renewals.Making coffee =)The sort of property manager we are wanting is someone that is the following:Warm.Has their level 4, not essential but will certainly help.Has high standards.Well presented.We offer the following:Work vehicle.So, does this sound like it could be you?
