T And T Property Management – Queenstown, South IslandWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our newly established company. As a full-time Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. This is a new company entering the Central Otago region and will be servicing Wanaka, Cromwell and surrounds.What you'll be doingActively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting routine inspections, and addressing tenant concerns.Preparing and executing lease agreements, monitoring rental payments, and handling tenant move-ins and move-outs.Conducting market research and providing recommendations to landlords on rent pricing and property improvements.Effectively communicating with landlords, tenants, and external service providers to ensure a seamless property management experience.Maintaining accurate property records and financial documentation.Ensuring compliance with all relevant residential tenancy laws and regulations.What we're looking forAt least 3 years of experience in residential property management, with a strong understanding of the local property market and prepared to grow the business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technology.Thorough knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations.A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to properties as required.Must be prepared to grow the business and have a strong focus on Business Development.Would be a bonus if you came with a strong client following.What we offerWe are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
