Job Description Quinovic Property Management is New Zealand's largest private residential property management group, with over 35 years of experience and expertise, 35 offices nationwide, and a reputation for getting results. An opportunity has become available for a motivated Property Manager to join the tight-knit team in Napier. With a recent change of ownership, Quinovic Napier is quickly becoming the Property Management company of choice for many and is a leading office (based on client satisfaction survey results).
 
We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, well-presented applicant. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential so we're seeking someone who is confident working in an ever-changing environment, can think on their feet and has a "no job too small" attitude. It is essential that you enjoy helping people, with communication as a key. Whilst industry training and support will be provided, you will need a solid work history, as well as strong customer service and computer skills on which to build on. 
 
Key skills and attributes include Prior Property Management experience (preferred but not essential)Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracyA current, clean drivers' licenceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levelsThe ability to multitask and cope well under pressure in an ever-changing environmentMaturity, personal integrity, sound judgementAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyExcellent English communication skills, written and verbalSelf-motivation and the ability to take initiativeWe are particularly interested in those people who share Quinovic' s values, which are CareProfessionalismCuriosityIntegrityEnthusiasmAccountabilityWhilst prior experience in Property Management is preferred, we will consider those with transferable skills and experience.
