Gisborne Holdings Ltd are looking for a Property Manager to join the team!
This is a fixed-term position (seven months), to cover maternity leave and is perfect for an organised and driven individual who is community minded.
Previous experience is desirable but if you have a keen interest in this area and transferable skills then Gisborne Holdings Limited would like to hear from you!
About the role: To make this role your own, you'll need exceptional relationship-building skills, be a fast learner, a strong work ethic, and a sense of humour.
Managing properties can be demanding, therefore a level of confidence and motivation to resolve issues efficiently are crucial.
You will be armed with a laptop and phone to keep things running smoothly, and have access to a company vehicle during the day for work use only.
Key responsibilities include: The property management of over 120 pensioner flats based in Gisborne.Handling administration of repairs and maintenance.Oversee property lettings, bond lodgements and tenant inductions.Conduct various inspections and manage ongoing tenant needs.What you should bring to the role: Proven experience in property management or a similar role Exceptional time management skills.Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals.Willingness to learn, take ownership to achieve business goals.Full NZ Drivers licenceJoin the team in creating a positive living experience for their tenants and maintaining the value of our properties.
