The Organisation:Our client is a locally owned and operated property management company, offering exceptional service to owners and tenants, throughout Christchurch and beyond.
With a Managing Director who genuinely cares for the team, you will be valued and supported at every step in this positive and "non-corporate" environment.The Role:As a Property Manager, your role is key to the continued success of this small and well-established business.
Focusing on building relationships with tenants, you'll manage your own residential property portfolio while working collaboratively within the team to ensure seamless portfolio management and growth.Responsibilities:Respond to enquiries from prospective residential tenantsAppraise and market properties, attend viewings and thoroughly screen potential tenantsPrepare tenancy documentation including, leasing and renewal documentation etc.Oversee day-to-day operations of a property portfolio including maintenance and repairsConduct property inspections and maintain records to ensure complianceExperience:Experience within a professional residential property management business is essentialExceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skillsOutstanding time management and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProblem solving skills and resilienceA high standard of personal presentationFull driver's licenceThe Benefits:An amazing opportunity for someone who is driven by successBe surrounded by a positive, supportive and fun teamExcellent salary and bonus opportunitiesFull-use work vehicle and phone providedAbout Us:Canterbury owned, Ryan is proud to have supported candidates and clients for over 35 years.
