Their diverse portfolio includes commercial, industrial, subdivisions, retail, hotel property, and private equity.The RoleReporting to General Counsel, you will be responsible for the property management of our client's commercial portfolio.
In this role, you will support the development and implementation of strategies to ensure a sustainable and profitable return through effective and efficient management of properties within the portfolio.
You will manage existing and new leases and maintenance programmes, including building warrant of fitness, while building strong stakeholder relationships with existing and potential tenants and suppliers.
You will be the first point of call for tenants while ensuring the property portfolio is maintained efficiently, managing all building compliance and health and safety across the portfolio.Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate success in a similar role within the property management industry.
Experience within the commercial or retail sectors is advantageous; however, greater importance will be your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
