This opportunity DMC Property Group are looking to appoint a Property Manager to oversee and manage day to day operations of an investment property portfolio and to ensure the continued operational success.
Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities are 2-fold: Commercial Property Management Day-to-day commercial property portfolio management, liaising with tenants and managing tenant queries.
Arranging facilities maintenance and repairs, engaging contractors and communicating with tenants.
Building Warrant of Fitness administration – repairs, non-compliances and Council liaison.
Assisting with Insurance Brokers and policy placement – new and existing renewals (as relevant).
Lease administration – tracking rent reviews, and lease renewals, reconciling tenant outgoings, annual budgets and other property management tasks.
Document and database management.
Accounting / Administration Manage property accounts, budgets and scheduled service costs.
Manage carpark agreements.
Bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Provide support to the administration team.
So who is our next star?
You may have worked in an accounting or senior office manager/administrator/EA role and are looking to expand your experience.
You will be outgoing and confident in dealing with tenants, Councils and contractors and happy to represent the company or act as proxy in meetings.
You may have been in the commercial property or insurance sector previously and will pride yourself on the quality of your work.
Other skills will be: Relationship management – internal and external.
Adept at managing communication to ensure timely and professional responses.
Discretion and appropriate handling of confidential information.
Advanced abilities with MS suite and various accounting software.
Innovative thinking with excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills.
